1 Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Unboxing Video Required

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • Begin recording before opening the package
  • Clearly show the package and shipping label
  • Continuously record the unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the damaged product

⚠️ Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Personal preferences regarding style, fit, or fabric
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings, device displays, photography lighting, or monitor resolution
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

3 Color Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen, display settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Such variations are normal and will not qualify for a return or exchange.

4 Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order details
  • Submit the required 360-degree unboxing video and supporting photographs

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution at our discretion.

5 Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • For Razorpay payments, refunds will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days

6 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Original packaging should be preserved for safe return
  • Please keep the tracking number for reference

7 Final Decision

Olivintra reserves the right to inspect all claims and make the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of return and exchange requests.
